Disc Golf Course In Calumet

Need something to do with a Frisbee now that the IFT is over?

Calumet Township has a 9 hole disc golf course at the Calumet Lions Park at Calumet Lake…which just opened this year.

An additional 9 holes will be added later in the summer.

Holes 1 through 4 will be near the lake and holes 5 through 9 are across the road in a beautiful, mature pine grove.

Disc Golf is played like traditional golf, except in disc golf, players throw a Frisbee-type disc into a specialized basket.

Disc golf is fun to play and it is very affordable-a person can buy a quality disc for around $10.00 and they are ready to play!

Calumet Lions Park is located at the end of Waterworks Street which runs north off Pine Street.

The park is a family friendly recreation area on a beautiful 40 acres lake.

It features a scenic walking trail, horseshoe courts, numerous picnic areas and now-Disc Golf.
