Portage Health Diabetes Program Accredited

The Portage Health Diabetes Self-Management Education Program has again been accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. To achieve the accreditation, the Portage Health program had to meet 10 standards… which included organizational structure, patient support and educational curriculum.
