Drunk Co-Pilot In Treatment

The co-pilot of a passenger jet plane arrested for being drunk at Detroit Metro Airport is in California for treatment, according to his defense attorney.

Captain John Maguire of Pennsylvania was charged with having twice the legal blood alcohol level March 26th.

Attorney Frank Manley says he wants to be sure his client has no problems before going forward.
