A two car accident in Ontonagon County sent three people to the hospital Saturday afternoon. Troopers from the Wakefield Post of the Michigan State Police say it happened on M-28 near Pendock Road in Bergland Township around 4:20pm, when 25-year-old Grant Larsen slowed down in the eastbound lane to make a left turn onto Pendock Road. Police say Larsen did not see 48-year-old Laurie Miller of Ironwood heading westbound in her vehicle when he pulled in front of her. She was unable to avoid the collision. Miller and her two passengers, 25-year-old May Miller and 44-year-old Karla Croteau of Rockland, were taken to Aspirus Grand View Hospital in Ironwood for unknown injuries. Both vehicles had severe front end damage and were towed from the scene.
