Aspirus Houghton Grand Opening

There is a new Aspirus clinic opening up and it is right here in Houghton. Later today, Aspirus is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community open house at their new Houghton clinic located between Wal-Mart and the Country Inn & Suites. On hand will be key Aspirus leadership, including U.P. Regional CEO Chuck Nelson and Aspirus, Incorporated CEO Matt Heywood. Miron Construction Company President Dave Voss will also be present as well as Houghton City Manager Eric Waara and State Representative Scott Dianda. The ceremony is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. and the open house will take place from 2 o’clock to 6:30 p.m.
