Michigan’s Economy Looks Strong For 2017

2017 should be a strong year for Michigan’s economy.

Grand Valley State University business professor Brian Long says it’s a stark turnabout from one year ago, when markets tumbled to start the year.

He points to Wall Street’s current lofty levels as one of the many reasons for the upbeat outlook.

Long also notes that the 2016 economy wound up faring much better than predicted at the start of the year.
