Michigan Group Undertakes Trade Mission To Mexico

Executives from 20 Michigan businesses and Lt. Governor Brian Calley are in the midst of a trade mission to Mexico.

The group left Sunday and will take part in an automotive conference and talk with company executives who have business operations in Michigan.

The goal is to increase export opportunities from Michigan to Mexico.

Among the companies involved are Viking Products and Haviland Products of Grand Rapids, Transmatic from Holland, Extol of Zeeland, and Kingsford Broad and Tool.

The trade mission ends Wednesday.
