VA Clinic Needs Volunteers

The VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Hancock is looking for help.

Voluntary Service Chief Katie Maxson at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Center in Iron Mountain says volunteers are needed to assist patients with check-in, escort patients to exam rooms, and support office tasks.

If you want to help, you’ll need to go to the VA Center in Iron Mountain for training, but will then work in the office in the Quincy Center in Hancock.

To sign up, or learn more, contact the Voluntary Service Office at (906) 774-3300, x32780 or email jennifer.maxon@va.gov.
