Time is running out, to purchase your hunting and fishing licenses as well as hunting and snowmobiling permits, before the DNR sales system temporarily shuts down, for a much needed upgrade.
Starting Friday February 15th, all DNR licenses will not be sold, until noon on Tuesday, February 18th, as their sales system is overhauled.
The shutdown falls on the DNR’s “Free Fishing Weekend” and also carries over to Monday the 17th.
DNR officials are urging residents to purchase any needed permits before next Friday, so outdoor activities are not interrupted.
