Snowmobile Death In Chippewa County

State Troopers from the Sault Ste Marie post responded to a snowmobile accident, which resulted in the death of the driver.

Yesterday afternoon, authorities were called to Trail #452, where it was discovered the driver, 28 year old Zackary Snyder of Hart, lost control of his snowmobile, left the trail and crashed into a tree.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
