Michigan’s 2020 Presidential Primary Is Here

Today is Michigan’s Presidential Primary Election, however, there’s more to the ballot than just people seeking the presidency.

Several townships in the Copper Country have various millage proposals including in Baraga County, a Covington Township Recreation Proposition along with an Ambulance and Fire Proposition.

L’Anse Township seeks a renewal for their Ambulance and Fire Services.

Spurr Township has several proposals including Garbage, Road and Cemetery Services.

In Houghton County, Duncan Township is looking for increased mills for Voted Operating and their Fire Department.

Portage Township is looking to increase mills for Road and Street Repair, as well as their Fire Department.

Quincy Township voters can decide on increased funding for Township Operations and Fire Protection.

Stanton Township is seeking increased mills, to support their Fire Department.

Interior Township, is hoping to increase their General Fund.
