With the City of Midland underwater, due to dams breaching, Keweenaw Report spoke with Jeff Hubbard, Baraga County Emergency Manager, to get an update on Prickett Dam, south of Pelkie.
Earlier this week, the City of Midland, northwest of Saginaw, became flooded, when two dams breached after heavy rainfall.
The city was evacuated with help from the Michigan National Guard and State Police.
