Upper Peninsula Moves To Phase 5 On Wednesday

Governor Whitmer called on the federal government to increase testing throughout the country in a press conference earlier this morning.

She also signed an executive order, moving the UP into Phase 5.

She also reminded Michiganders that now is not the time to let up on safety measures.
