Village Of Calumet Consults Legal Counsel On Marijuana Vote

The Village of Calumet is consulting their legal counsel, to see if a 3-2 is good enough to pass their marijuana ordinance.

The council has one vacant seat, and another member works for Michigan Tech, and could not make last night’s meeting.

If the 3-2 vote is enough to pass the ordinance, a special meeting will be held for the zoning ordinance.

If the vote failed, the ordinance committee will redo the ordinance.
