Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is reminding everyone that the extension to renew your drivers license, state ID and vehicle registration, expires at the end of this month.
If your documents expire between March 1st and September 30th, you’re urged to make an appointment immediately, to get it taken care of.
Michigan’s Department of State recently announced the expansion of Secretary of State branch hours, so people can renew their documents.
Benson went on to say “There are still many available appointments, and anyone who has not handled their renewals is encouraged to do so immediately.”
