Calumet Council to Consider Pasty Fest Street Closing

The Calumet Village Council will consider closing Fifth Street to accommodate the annual Pasty Fest at its meeting tonight.

Pasty Fest is set for August 20th.

Other agenda items include discussions about electronic waste recycling, the Houghton County Recreation Authority, and a conditional use permit for 201 Fifth Street.

Tonight’s meeting will begin at 6:30 at the Village Hall. 

The Laurium Village Council will also meet tonight at 6:00 at Village Hall. The agenda was not available for review.
