Laurium Council to Hold Hearing on Proposed Rental Ordinance

The Laurium Village Council will hold a public hearing on its proposed rental property ordinance tonight.

The proposed ordinance details the registration and code inspection procedures for rental properties within the village. No fees would be charged for registrations completed within time deadlines.

The public hearing begins at 6:00 at the village hall. The council’s regular meeting will follow.
