Hancock officials are expected to approve several action items during tonight’s council meeting. The Hancock city council will consider working with local realtor, Kristine Weidner, to sell seven more parcels in the Spruce Haven Estates. Additionally the city council will consider increasing the city campground nightly rates. Waterfront campsites and those with water and electric service are expected to increase to 30 dollars a per day. Tenting sites will remain at 15 dollars per day. Another item on the agenda will have the council consider approving the city’s capital improvement plan for 2023 through 2026.
