The effort to smoke out meth labs in the Upper Peninsula continues.
The Forsyth Township Police and the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team discovered another active Meth lab last week.
The person who contacted police said she found the lab in the basement. Police discovered a one pot Meth lab and some of the materials were still active.
UPSET Detectives carefully collected and secured the Meth lab components.
Law enforcement officials remind the public that if anyone discovers items they believe are part of a Meth Lab, they are urged to not touch the items and to contact the police immediately.
