Hancock Public School Board August Preview

Hancock Public Schools will begin its search for a full time superintendent.

Earlier in the month, the board of education appointed High School Principal, Chris Salani, as Interim Superintendent. During that meeting and follow up special meetings the board also replaced three board members, with Charlie Klein, Emily Lancour, and Taylor Paul.

Now with a full board, the trustees will begin discussions around finding a full time candidate for the superintendent role. Discussion will begin tonight, regarding how the district will move forward in the process. Additionally the board will prepare for the upcoming school year.

The Hancock Public Schools Board of Education regular august meeting will start at 5 pm at the High school and middle school building.
