36 Faculty Members at Michigan Tech Nominated for the Making a Difference Awards

The Michigan Tech Staff Council has announced this year’s nominees for the Making a Difference Staff Awards. 36 faculty members on campus have been nominated by fellow staff members to recognize achievements in the classroom. The Making a Difference awards recognize Michigan tech staff for a variety of qualities and achievements such as serving others, acting as outstanding leaders, and unsung heroes. Some of the other categories staff can be nominated for include the rookie award, legacy, innovation, and an award for behind-the-scenes work. This year’s nominations saw candidates attached to each category besides the legacy award, which the council did not receive any nominations for. Those interested in learning more about the nominees for the 2023 Making a Difference Awards can find more details online.
