Calumet Invites Realtors to Learn About the Village’s Future

Calumet continues to work toward redevelopment while encouraging the preservation of the community. Next week Calumet leaders will invite real estate professionals to a sit-down luncheon to learn about the promising future of Calumet’s historic downtown. Main Street Calumet Executive Director Leah Polzin says that realtors are often the first point of contact developers have with a community. Representing an integral component of Calumet’s desires for growth. She adds that the luncheon offers an opportunity to stay well-informed, network with peers, and learn about the village’s goals in shaping Calumet’s future. The event will last for two hours next Thursday at the Calumet Theater ballroom. Frozen Farms Company will serve lunch to those in attendance. Realtors interested in attending the luncheon are asked to contact Leah Polzin with Main Street Calumet to RSVP. Those interested in learning more about the luncheon can find more details below.
