Hancock Planning Commission Preview: Spring cleanups, and Finlandia Property

The Hancock Planning Commission meeting tonight will provide updates on the Spring Cleanup, the scrap tire event, the Pitch In for Parks cleanup event, and on Finlandia property.

It is unknown at this point if there are any updates yet in the clarification as to what the Finlandia property constitutes, and it may still be too early to say which parties are interested in specific lots.

They will also consider the approval of CJH Properties zoning application for 5 new duplex units and a small storage building. 

The zoning application places these buildings west of Portage Drive and North of Campus Drive.
