Hancock Trails Club Will Enjoy the Candlelight Luminary Despite the Lack of Snow

There might not be snow on the ground but that won’t stop the Hancock Trails Club from enjoying an evening on the trails. Tonight the Hancock Trails Club will hold the annual candlelight luminary event. Traditionally the event would include families getting out the cross-country skis for the first time this season. However, with the lack of snowfall during December, the Hancock Trails Club invites families to enjoy an evening of hiking or biking. The event includes a candlelit path starting at the Hancock Four Season Chalet on the north end of the Houghton County fairgrounds. The trail will take participants along a 1 or 2-kilometer loop. The Hancock Trails Club candlelight luminary event will run from 6 pm to 8 pm this evening. Hot chocolate will also be available at the chalet during the event. Find more details here.
