Houghton County Sheriff Investigates Abandoned Burned Vehicle in Adams Township

The Houghton County sheriff was called to investigate an abandoned vehicle in Adams Township late last week. On Friday the Houghton County sheriff investigated an abandoned vehicle at The Bluff behind South Range in Adams Township. The sheriff describes the vehicle as a 1997 Nissan light truck. The vehicle was left on-site at The Bluff and burned beyond recognition. The sheriff believes the truck was directed down the bluff from the top and came to a rest about two-thirds down the hill.
