Raise the Woof Raises $9,700 for the Copper Country Humane Society

That’s gonna buy a lot of dog food. Thanks to the community Raise the Woof raised 9,700 dollars for the Copper Country Humane Society. CCHS recently informed 97.7 The Wolf that after calculating the night’s total tickets sold, 385 people helped the group continue great care for animals in the Keweenaw Peninsula. The profits from the comedy night and 50th anniversary dinner will greatly help the Copper country humane Society purchase much needed supplies and fund medical care for these amazing pets. 2024 will continue to bring great things to the humane society in its 50th year of operation, after Canal Run recently announced the humane society as this year’s partnered non profit for Canal Run Gives Back.
