2015 Winter Carnival Theme Announced

This year’s extraordinary winter may have had some bearing on the theme that’s been chosen for next year’s Winter Carnival. “While frozen in the ice and snow, we dream of vacations on which to go” was selected recently from ideas submitted to the Blue Key Society. The society is now running its annual logo contest. Designs can be drawn by hand or computer-generated… and must be submitted to the Blue Key Society by midnight Friday.
