Ahmeek Man Charged With First Degree CSC

An Ahmeek man is facing life in prison stemming from charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct. 18-year-old Cody Spagnotti was arraigned on Monday in Houghton County District Court. Spagnotti is accused of a sexual assault he committed back in April and was arrested this past weekend. He is currently lodged in Keweenaw County jail on a one million dollar bond and he is due back in court for his preliminary hearing on July 3rd.
