BHK Child Development participating in USDA Food Program

HOUGHTON – BHK Child Development Board is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to children free of charge. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided Monday through Thursday, except Horizons, which will be operating Monday –Friday beginning June 20th, 2016 until August, 12th, 2016 at the sites and times as follows. (Meals will not be provided at any site on Monday July 4th, 2016):

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
