CPP Supporters Ready for Suit

Former state representative Dan Scripps, now the president of the Institute for Energy Innovation, says he believes the EPA’s Clean Power Plan is has legal standing.

Scripps says the proposed Clean Power Plan, which will be released sometime Monday, is meant to do just that.
