An Escanaba woman could spend up to 20 years in jail after allegedly stealing more than 100-thousand dollars from a resident at the Jacobetti Home for Veterans in Marquette.
37-year-old Frances Kreft was arraigned yesterday in Delta County District Court. She is charged with one count of embezzlement from a vulnerable adult. Kreft was arrested November 19th after a lengthy investigation. She’ll face a preliminary exam on December 4th.
