Governor Snyder Involved in Accident

Governor Rick Snyder’s vehicle was involved in a minor traffic accident on Tuesday near Hartland. The governor was a passenger in the unmarked State Police SUV when it was hit from behind near M-59 and US 23. The incident was likely caused by weather conditions, according to reports. The governor was not injured. He was wearing a seat belt, according to a spokesperson.
