Some changes to a couple Hancock streets could be made at today’s city council meeting. The meeting will begin with a public hearing regarding two street traffic proposals. Residents are encouraged to give input on converting White Street between Reservation Street and Pine Street from two way traffic to one way traffic and converting Tezcuco Street between Quincy Street and Hancock Street from two way traffic to one way traffic going down. The council will then consider to have both conversions take place. The council is also looking to approve its $1500 contribution for this year’s Bridgefest and an MDOT Transportation Alternative Program Grant application for the Quincy Streetscape Project that will take place in 2016.
