Houghton Charter Amendments & L'Anse Township Millage Renewals Pass

In addition to the presidential primaries, there were some other proposals on the ballot for local voters to decide.

In the City of Houghton, all three charter amendments passed.  Proposal Number 1 passed 65-35, Proposal 2 passed 72-28, and Proposal 3 passed 72-28.

In L’Anse Township, both the Ambulance Service Renewal and the Township Fire Protection Millage Renewal passed by a margin of 77-23.
