Houghton County Memorial Airport Performs Well For FAA Inspection

For the second year in a row, the Houghton County Airport received no letters of corrections during their annual FAA inspection.

A standard inspection is a throughout assessment of the operations of an airport and can last three days.

Airport Manager Dennis Hext attributed the results to the outstanding job done by the crew at the airport making sure everything is safe.
