Imperial Heights Road In Baraga County Closed Starting Monday

There will be a road closure motorists traveling through Baraga County will need to watch out for.

The Imperial Heights Road will be closed beginning Monday at 7am to all traffic.

The road will be closed from approximately Spurr Court to Petticoat Lake Road.

A detour will be marked.

The road will remain closed until about August 3rd.

The Baraga County Board of Road Commissioners say the closure is necessary to allow for a bridge replacement at the Spurr River Bridge.
