Judge Disqualifies Himself In Flint Water Lawsuit

A federal judge has disqualified himself from handling a Flint water lawsuit.

Michael Steinberg is with the ACLU, which is seeking an injunction to force all the lead pipes to be replaced in Flint.

Judge Mark Goldsmith said he has no bias against the state or Flint, but he agreed to give up a case.
