Judge To Decide If Truck Driver Will Stand Trial For Murder Of Bicyclists

A judge is meeting privately with lawyers today to get an update on the case of five bicyclists who were killed by a pickup truck in Kalamazoo.

That judge will decide whether he’ll still hold a hearing on June 29th to determine if there’s enough evidence to send Charles Pickett Jr. to trial on second-degree murder charges.

The crash, which occurred nearly two weeks ago, killed five people and injured four others.
