Community Reception Scheduled for New NMU President

Community members and alumni will have a chance to meet Northern Michigan University’s new president at a reception this afternoon.

Brock Tessman will be introduced at the Northern Center in an event that will run from 4:30 until 6:30. The NMU Marching Band and the NMU Jazz Combo will perform.

Tessman will take over as NMU’s 17th president February 1. 2023.
