DNR Seeks Input on Wolf Management Plan

Michigan is updating its wolf management plan, and is looking for public input.

The plan was created in 2008, and updated in 2015. The Department of Natural Resources has set out four goals:
 • Maintaining a viable wolf population.
 • Facilitating wolf-related benefits.
 • Minimizing wolf-related conflicts.
 • Conducting science-based and socially responsible management of wolves.

An initial draft has been completed. Read it here.
