Hancock Officials to Hear Zoning Concerns Tonight

Work on fine-tuning Hancock’s new zoning ordinance will begin tonight.

The city planning commission will meet at 6 p.m. at city hall.

Citizens with questions or concerns about the recently-adopted zoning plan are encouraged to bring them to tonight’s session. It’s the planning commission’s job to review any proposed changes, and forward recommendations to the full city council.

The commission also plans to discuss the city’s solar and wind power ordinance.
