Hancock School District Updates Parents

The Hancock School District would like to remind everyone to get your food orders in by noon today, for pick up tomorrow at Barkell Elementary from 11a-1pm.

Activity packets will also be given out, and completed ones will be collected.

Census information will also be handed out at this time.

Superintendent Steve Patchin also reported that last week, Michigan School Superintendent Michael Rice held a conference call with all Upper Peninsula school superintendents, and that the state is committed to supporting the program to feed our students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

He is committed to making sure our seniors graduate, and is working on the process and that he has created a Distance Learning Taskforce to explore ways all the districts students can receive online learning.
