The Houghton County Board of Commissioners will discuss selling the Houghton County Arena at its meeting this afternoon.
The City of Hancock is proposing to buy the building for one dollar.
The city would invest $350,000 in capital improvements over the next 10 years, including a new Zamboni, an elevator to the Dave Wiitanen Room, and bathroom, siding, window and lighting upgrades.
