The Portage Lake District Library and the Downtown Houghton Farmer’s Market invite everyone to join them for their first indoor farmer’s market.
This event will be held inside the library this afternoon from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Vendors will be selling maple syrup, fall vegetables, bakery, jam, jellies, crafts, soaps, lotions, honey, meat and more.
Many of the vendors who provided fresh produce all summer will be in attendance.
Organizers say this will be a great opportunity to stock up on goods for Thanksgiving dinner and Holiday gifts.
