The 14th annual Kids’ Fishing Derby will be held at Swedetown Pond this Saturday.
The event is sponsored by the Calumet-Keweenaw Sportsmen’s Club in conjunction with Calumet Township.
Kids can fish from 9:00am to noon with a free hot dog lunch and prizes starting at noon.
Worms will be provided and bring your rod but if you don’t have one, there will be loaner rods available.
