Lake Linden-Hubbell Schools Suspend Face-to-Face Instruction

The Lake Linden-Hubbell School District will move entirely to online learning this week.

In a letter to the community, Superintendent Brad Codere said two elementary school students tested positive last week, and a positive test of an employee has forced out all but one member of the kitchen staff.

Codere said the decision was not made lightly, and he hopes to be able to return to face-to-face instruction next week.

Students who were not able to take all the supplies they needed home on Friday can get them this week, and some elementary school supplies will be delivered to students’ homes. For full details, and online class schedules, see the district Facebook page.

The Watersmeet School District has also moved exclusively to remote learning this week, because of COVID-19 positives.
