Michigan Tech Panel Will Look At The “Economics of Climate Change”

Climate change is impacting our environment, but what affects is it having on our economy?

A panel discussion is being organized by the Economics Club at Michigan Tech entitled “Economics of Climate Change”.

The panel will include Dr. Gary Campbell (Michigan Tech School of Business and Economics), Dr. Sarah Green (Chemistry), Dr. Nancy Langston (Social Sciences), Dr. Jessica L.McCarty (Michigan Tech Research Institute) and Dr. Craig Waddell (Humanities).

The event will be held Thursday, April 6, at 6pm in room 100 of the EERC building.

There’s no cost to attend and drinks and snacks will be provided.

The event is sponsored by Michigan Tech’s School of Business and Economics, the Great Lakes Research Center, the Department of Chemistry, the Department of Social Sciences and the School of Forest Resources & Environmental Science.
