Porcupine Bash Coming September 13th-20th

The Porcupine Bash will be celebrating their 10th annual Saluting Our Military event with a visit from former Detroit Red Wing Darren McCarty.

The four-time Stanley Cup winner will take part of a comedy tour at the American Legion Post #90 in Lake Linden on September 14th.

McCarty will share stories, jokes, new memories, and after the show there will be a full meet and greet and time for photos.

The event also includes musical performances by Kevin B. Klein and comedian Dustin Cole.

Additional events featuring Kevin B. Klein are scheduled in Copper Harbor, Mohawk, Lac La Belle, and Gay September 13th-18th…with the POW/MIA Recognition Ceremony held in Iron Mountain on September 20th.

Sponsors, businesses, and organizations are invited to put out a collection box for gifts to Our Veterans in V.A. Homes & V.A. Hospitals.

All donations will go to the nearest V.A. to the point of collection.
