Search Warrant Executed In South Range Residence

Yesterday detectives from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team, United States Postal Inspection Service, Homeland Security Investigators and Michigan’s State Police executed a search warrant at a residence on First Street in the Village of South Range.

The homeowner was found to have received a package in the mail, containing 60 Oxycontin pills.

No arrests were made, although the investigation remains ongoing.
