There will be a statewide tornado drill today 1pm.
The Michigan State Police, Emergency Management and Homeland Security Division welcomes residents and businesses to take part.
Participants should determine in advance where they should go if a tornado were to strike, have a plan for all of your common locations–home, work and school–and keep an emergency kit in those areas.
